Staying at this hotel was a real mixed bag for me. On one hand, the rooms were fantastic, the ensuite bathroom was impressive, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Yet, I was surprised there was no complimentary bottle of water, which is a small detail but matters. The price, however, made it a decent value for what you get.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of KL and just beside Low Yat plaza. The rooms were impeccable, with a stunning ensuite bathroom and even an air freshener. However, it was a bit disappointing not to find a bottle of water in the room. The service was top-notch with great room service and housekeeping. The dining experience, especially the grilled salmon, was outstanding. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.
